Shipping and Processing Time: All Little Birdie Design Studio finished item are made by hand to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation in addition to shipping time. (Some designs may take longer to create. See description for details.) Domestic Orders: All USA orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and will include a tracking number. For expedited shipping, insurance, or any other shipping services please contact us at tori@littlebirdiedesignstudio.com before placing your order. International Orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and other international fees. LBDS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages occurring in the shipping process but will do our best to ensure a smooth transaction and receipt of all items.

Little Birdie Design Studio wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged within 14 days of the date package is received for another item of equal value or refunded for the sale price. LBDS will accept a return, minus the original shipping cost, and credit your account within 7-10 days upon receipt. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, clean and in their original condition with all packaging intact.   Shipping costs for returning an item are your own responsibility and will not be paid for by LBDS.   We are not responsible for any loss or damages occurring in the shipping process

Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Fill a sink or basin with cool water and a mild detergent. Submerge the item and gently massage or swirl it for a few minutes. Rinse with cool water and gently press out excess water. Avoid wringing or twisting the garment. Roll the item in a towel to remove remaining water, then lay flat to air dry.

All Little Birdie Design Studio/Coalesce Leather items are hand crafted from our own custom design patterns. We take pride in creating our own patterns and craft each piece with careful attention to details to give you a truly unique and one-of-a-kind accessory.

LBDS cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings on your computer monitor.
